Greg is the founding member of French Law Offices and has more than 20 years’ experience in the areas of Litigation, Energy Law, and Employment Law.
Greg has appearances before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court (Trial Division), the Tax Court of Canada, and all levels of Court in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
He has also appeared before arbitrators and administrative tribunals. He has extensive litigation experience and represents clients who are subject to regulation by the CNLOPB and PUB. He has acted for both employees and employers, and has experience conducting workplace investigations.
He graduated from Dalhousie (B.Comm. (Hons.) Co-op ’94), the University of New Brunswick (LLB ’98) and the University of Toronto (LLM ’09). Greg is Chair of the Teacher Certification Review Panel, a Board Member of the Legal Aid Commission, and an adjudicator with the RNC Adjudication Panel.
Outside of the office, Greg is an officer in the Canadian Army reserves, and a youth volunteer with the CLB.
